Rules for using Directorio Latino’s directory, classifieds, events, profiles, and messaging features.
Platform role / Función de la plataforma
Directorio Latino helps people discover community businesses, opportunities, events, and one another. Unless explicitly stated, Directorio Latino is not the seller, employer, organizer, landlord, contractor, or payment processor in user-posted transactions.
Accounts / Cuentas
You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and be responsible for activity under your account. You may not impersonate another person or create accounts to evade moderation.
User content / Contenido
You retain ownership of your content and grant Directorio Latino permission to host, display, format, and distribute it for operating and promoting the service. You must have the right to publish everything you upload.
Prohibited conduct / Conducta prohibida
No fraud, discrimination, harassment, illegal goods, dangerous activity, misleading job or housing offers, spam, malware, privacy violations, or attempts to bypass security.
Transactions and disputes / Transacciones
Users are responsible for verifying identities, licenses, prices, terms, safety, and legality before transacting. Disputes are primarily between the participating users or businesses.
Moderation and availability / Moderación
We may review, reject, limit, archive, or remove content and suspend accounts to protect the community or comply with law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every post is accurate.
